partnership with Hillel: The Foundation for Jewish Campus life for nominated Hillel professionals.

a one-year program designed to enrich the careers of Jewish experiential educators through the study of Jewish text, professional seminars and active participation in the vibrant, diverse community of pardes in israel.

• eliGiBilitY: Candidates must come strongly recommended, must have at least two years of experience in the field, have basic textual and Hebrew knowledge, an above-average academic record, first-rate interpersonal skills, as well as a strong personal Jewish commitment.

• ProGraM: The Pardes experiential educators Program includes full-time, intensive text study in the pardes Beit Midrash; participation in the Jewish educators Track and special experiential education seminars at pardes; summer Hebrew language ulpan prior to the academic year; and field experiences in israel. students will also work on an independent experiential education project.

• Benefits: participants receive one year of pardes tuition; funded ulpan; and a living stipend of $800 per month for 10 months.

• coMMitMent: graduates commit to a position in experiential Jewish education for two years post-study at pardes, or to completing a Masters in Jewish education (or related field) within two years.
