Everyone is an employee first. This means that Change Management must be focused on all levels of an organization.

Change happens one person at a time. Which means for everyone, it is a personal decision to change. If people decide not to change then we stand to lose valuable people and their knowledge.

Managers are a very critical component to the success of the change network in a Change Management Effort. They work directly with the employees that we need to adopt and utilize the change being made. They wear many hates and play many roles. They are at the front lines as risk managers, coaches, feedback collectors, communicators, and drivers of change.

The Executive leadership plays the most impactful role of Change Sponsor and champion of the change efforts.
