Parelli Natural Horsemanship is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to start immediately at its offices in beautiful Pagosa Springs, Colorado.

The IT Systems Specialist will serve as the technical point of contact for operations and be a key contributor to optimizing and enhancing website, CRM, ERP and e-commerce systems to ensure that our technological business processes span all applications used across the business. It is imperative that our systems work together so data can easily move between departments and systems.

In this position, you will be responsible for configuration and support of the Parelli Savvy Club membership website in Memberium, the Parelli marketing website, and the Parelli app including managing workflows, user access issues, data anomalies and acting as an escalation point for the support team. You will also be responsible for managing specific services and programs of the web shop. The primary focus of this position to start will be building a robust Infusionsoft database and admin interface.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Serve as an integral part of the Marketing and Operations team by helping Parelli to garner a competitive advantage in the industry using technology.

- Primarily responsible for IT systems, data and a data schema including analytics and reporting. - Assist with campaign architecture and delivery - Manage a comprehensive membership database in Infusionsoft - Manage product offerings in online shopping portal - Monitor, optimize, and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis (Partner across

departments to ensure campaign measurability and data driven decision making) - Develop test plans for new member acquisition initiatives, and measure performance to identify the

highest impact opportunities and make recommendations (Generate data-driven hypotheses for improving conversion funnel velocity/efficiency and work with marketing to test and measure)

- Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and communications - Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems. - Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making

capabilities. - Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels. - Serve as the technical support person for all WordPress and AWS related issues - Evaluate, purchase and maintain the entire organizational tech stacks in order to gain complete

visibility and orchestrate strategic IT spending for all applications across the organization. - Accountable for ongoing maintenance, upgrades, end user access, and configuration of all SaaS

projects - Act as the technical support person for all SaaS and customer facing systems - Perform impact analysis of changes to an application or technology platform. - Assist with the migration to a new solution – add features and functionality to our existing

infrastructure that drive better productivity and increase sales and reduces churn

As an IT Systems Specialist, it is important to understand that you are a primary business partner within our company and will help us develop our go-to-market strategy and help support, develop, and execute strategies to acquire new members through lead magnets and nurturing as well as to ensure that current members feel that they are on the correct pathway in their individual Parelli Program journey and that they are receiving the attention and achievement they desire.

This person will work cross-functionally with internal partners to understand business objectives in order to communicate effectively with existing members and prospective new members. Not only will they be instrumental in constructing a robust Infusionsoft database, they will be skilled at reporting on the data and teaching the rest of the team how to find the information they need within the Infusionsoft platform. The ideal candidate will be open to daily changes in workflow and protocol (and force us to improve workflows). As Parelli is currently in a state of refining its membership offerings, there are new challenges that require new solutions every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- BA/BS Degree in Business, MIS or related filed (or equivalent) - 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience or equivalent, including CRM implementation experience. - Strong Infusionsoft experience required. Certified Infusionsoft Partner preferred. Must have experience

in Campagin Builder. - 3+ years of website CMS functionality/programming experience. WordPress experience required. - 3+ years experience working in an e-commerce environment. Shopify and Pay Pal enterprise

experience required. - 1+ years of Amazon Web Services Experience required - An expert at uncovering operational challenges and opportunities and creating a recommended plan

of action. - Proficiency with Google Analytics, building trackable links, A/B testing and conversation optimization

tools. - Strong knowledge in email marketing platforms and regulations - Prior experience with a strong analytical approach to acquisition funnel metrics and measurement - Outstanding attention to detail with superior time and project management skills is a must - Experience in B2C environment required - Must be organized, responsible, accountable, and motivated for success - Excellent project management skills are required for this position - Knowledge of equine industry preferred - Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both a

variety of business stakeholders and technical staff within the organization.
