It is with sadness that I write this, my last parent bulle n a er 9 years at In-

terna onal School Manila in my journey from ES Assistant Principal, to ES

Principal and then MS Principal. I have grown so much personally and pro-fessionally and I have each person I have interacted with to thank for sup-

por ng me in leading this great ins tu on. I spend a lot of me in my lifere ec ng and nding ways to build on and improve what may already be

good - and I feel that ISM con nues to grow from strength to strength. I lookforward to keeping in touch and know that I will take so much of what I have

learned with me here to my new role as Superintendent at The American

    School of Kinshasa.

    Yours in Educa on,

Simon Gillespie - Middle School Principal
