Upcoming Important Reminders: School Mass –Friday, December 8, we will be celebrating Mass for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. Please remember students must wear their Mass uniform and school sweater (no fleece or track jackets), students will be attending mass at 10:00am. Parents are always invited. Prayer Service – We will be having a Prayer Service Wednesday, December 6, at the Church; students must wear their Mass Uniform and School sweater. (Time will be emailed as soon as we are notified) Parents are welcome. Lunch Volunteers – We are in need of hot lunch volunteers to help in the kitchen. If you are available from 11:30-12:30 please contact the school office. Volunteers will receive service points. Lunch Order – PLEASE NOTE: Tuesday December 5 “Hot Lunch Order Forms” are due. Parker True Grits Uniform Store Front – Please note, the Parker School Uniforms Store on 7330 Opportunity Rd Suite F, San Diego CA will permanently close on December 9, 2017. Thereafter, school uniform program, and fulfillment, will transition to a virtual online store at parkersu.com. Giving Tuesday – A special thank you to those families that volunteered and attended mass on Sunday December 26 at the launch of Giving Tuesday. Family Mass - Thank you to all those families, faculty and staff who also attended this past weekend family Mass. Christmas Jean Day- Friday, December 15, Students may wear a Christmas shirt or sweater with Jeans. Jeans can't be too tight, no rips or holes in them. Christmas shirts/sweaters must be appropriate. Santa hats are okay also! It will be a $1 donation.

St. Charles Parish Dinner/Dance - Great way to earn service points, see attached Dinner/Dance Form. Proceeds from this dance will be given to the school. Mark your calendars, school will be dismissed at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20th as we begin our Christmas Break. P.M. Extended Care will NOT be available on this day. Families will be charged $1.00/minute/child for students not picked up by 12:15 p.m. Please make arrangements to have your child(ren) picked up by 12:15 p.m. to avoid these extra charges. Thank you for your cooperation! School will resume on Wednesday, January 3, 2018.
