The Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) presents an excellent opportunity to find out how your child is doing in school and to get
to know his/her teachers. This is an important time to discuss how to maximize learning for your child, and catch and correct
behaviors that are not enhancing that progression. It is an opportunity to build trust and understanding between the home and
the school.
The Parent-Teacher Conference regarding your child’s school performance during the First Term will be on October 7, 2016.
This is also an opportune time for you to meet with your child’s sponsor who acts as his/her big brother/sister/second parent
in school. The PTC schedule will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (following pre-arranged schedule for parents) in Munich, STAR &
Luxembourg Campuses. There will be no classes in all campuses on October 7 to give way to the PTC.
Let us meet and collaborate together on how best to help your child optimize his/her potentials. Don’t miss this excellent
opportunity to establish a partnership with your child’s teachers which can lead to academic success and set the tone for
positive communication. The more parents understand and support what the school does, the more they are able to help their
children.
Yun Jaewon (center) receives his award during the awarding
ceremonies.
Luke Raymond Jimenez - Senior Kinder Amber
Zieg Armildez - Senior Kinder Aqua
Congratulations to everyone who participated for all the pieces
were truly beautiful and imaginative. It’s a contest where
everyone wins in terms of fun and strong parent-child bonding.
Nick takes over SISCGrade school students welcomed their favorite
Nickelodeon characters when they invaded SISC
last September 14, 2016. It was an adventure-
filled day of games and surprises as "Nick Takes
Over Your School" chose SISC as one of the
chosen schools for this year.
The students got to experience a series of
exciting physical and mental games that
developed their teamwork and sportsmanship.
They also had the chance to check out the
interesting booths and get swept by Nick’s
signature slime.
For being such good sports, the students were
given a bagful of freebies and special prizes. There
were also surprise appearances and
performances by their favorite Nick pals such as
SpongeBob and Patrick.

Parents and drivers are enjoined to pick up their
children/passengers promptly after dismissal. For
safety reasons, students not picked up after 5:00 p.m.
in Munich Campus and 6:00 p.m. in Luxembourg
Campus will stay in a holding area near the school
guard.
At 4:50 pm in Munich Campus and 5:50 pm in
Luxembourg Campus, the school guards will gather
the students and ask the students to call their
fetchers, or tell them to go home if they have a
permanent gate pass.
Grade school varsity players may stay in the holding
area only until 6:00 pm and high school varsity
players until 7:30 pm.
Students who remain on campus beyond the
designated time will be placed in the after school
care program and their parents will be charged 500.00
pesos per hour, or any portion thereof, for the service
effective September 26, 2016. This is to defray the
cost of payment for the proctor who will be assigned
to oversee the students who are not picked up on
time.
The procedure for those who stay is as follows:
1. At 6:00 pm, all students (non varsity and
grade school varsity) are required to stay in
the Luxembourg lobby near the front gate.
Students are not allowed to stay in the
parking area.
2. For high school varsity players, their coaches
will bring them to the Luxembourg front lobby
at 7:00 pm from the Monarchs Gym or
Tropical Gym. All HS varsity players who
will stay beyond 7:30 pm will be fined.
