The SIAE strengthens its CSR policy (Corporate SocialResponsibility), several major projects and initiatives arebeing developed: improved waste management, new processfor collecting surplus food, optimization of energyconsumption, support for eco-design of stands, etc.

HALLS

If you wish to exhibit heavy equipment (more than 500 kg/m²) and/or bulky material,please indicate this when you reserve your area.

The layout is subject to:- the architectural regulations to be published in the 2021 Technical Guide,- the Organiser’s approval.

The supplies required (electricity, etc.) must be ordered from the company Viparis.You will find all relevant information and the link to the Viparis company platform inyour Exhibitor Area.

Characteristics of a Turnkey stand - starting from 12 m²:

• Partition in white lacquered sheet-metal on aluminum frame.Upgradable reserves of 1m² (*) with door, lock and 2 rows ofshelves

• Carpet tiles. Colours to be chosen from our range.• Set of furniture (*), table, chairs, 1 melamine reception desk

adapted to PRMs, 3 magnetized document holders on thepartition, 1 wastepaper bin.

• An intermittent electrical box• Gantry lighting with 2 bars of LEDs (*)• Signage: One 900x800 panel with digital print colour logo or

exhibitor’s visual (*). One sign per aisle

• A tree

• Daily cleanning

An Turnkey Stand is customized according to yourrequirements.

Our partner will contact you to arrange your surfaceand offer you a range of additional fittings:showcases, plasma screen support, plants, creationof a meeting room, and more.



Fittings for the façades on the carpark side are flexible (doors, largewindows, partitions).You can order your options onOctober on your Exhibitor Area.

• A visitors' entrance (for the first Chalet unit ordered)provided with a hinged glazed door (1 leaf for single-unitChalets, 2 leaves for the others) and access stairs

• A service entrance (for the first Chalet unit ordered)provided with a sliding door in composite material and astaircase

• An external area 7 m deep designed parking and for variousfacilities: gangway, staircases, dual skin, waste bins, etc.

• 2 parking spots per unit ordered (to be confirmed accordingto your facilities)

Business Chalets are reception areas designed to hostyour clients and visitors.

Type A Business Chalet are located along the StaticDisplay with direct access to your outdoor surface oraircraft.

Delivered without any interior facilities, you can create areception space reflecting your taste and corporate design.

You can reserve an outdoor area on the StaticDisplay Area and build a structure to present yourequipment and host your clients.

The maximum height allowed for a structure is 7m.

You can exhibit your aircraft on an outdoorarea, or register your aircraft by its tonnage.

The Organisation will position your aircraft onan dedicated area depending on its wingspan.

o Media Village Stand:

Trunked stand located on the main aisle areoffered in priority to the Press and the media.

The Media Village also welcomes certain servicecompanies and associations that could providematerial assistance to the Exhibitors’ andvisitors’ visits, they do not compete with theservices already offered by the Organiser asrestauration and gift shop.

Characteristics of a Media Village Stand:

• Located outside on the central aisle of the Show

• 6m² modules (3m depth x 2m width)

• You can reserve up to 3 modules in a row

• Furniture including of a hostess desk, a high stool and a waste bin

• A reserve of 2m²

• A customized sign

• A power supply
