on the Rise
As the stars and crowds of the popular Sundance Film Festival swarm Park City, we’re reaching
the halfway point of our ski season and the news on the Park City real
estate market is really encouraging.
Although we haven’t yet seen the Park City Board of Realtors 4th
Quarter Statistics, what I can tell you is that our market is on the
rise.
Over the holidays I passed on several properties that offered
great investment opportunities due to location, square footage, price
and value.
Several of these properties were offered fully furnished and move-in
ready! Properties included:
