In 2011, Parker College of Chiropractic officially became Parker University, paving the way for expanded degree programs both on-campus and online, such as Health Information Management, MBA with an emphasis in Health Care Management, Computer Information Systems and Radiologic Technology.

The Parker University Research Institute provides scientific evidence supporting health and wellness.

Parker UniversityParker University is a private, nonprofit university, originally founded as a college of chiropractic, that offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees in a number of health care-based programs. Its campus, along with an affiliate chiropractic and massage therapy clinic, is located in Dallas, Texas.

Scope of Support – eLS (Blackboard)

Blackboard Support (eLS) Advisors will be supporting the Blackboard system for the Parker University system.

Password ResetsBbSS will refer users to a self-service reset, but does have the ability to reset passwords in SmartView.

BbSS will support using Knowledge Base and Blackboard support accounts.

BbSS will support using published Knowledge Base articles and help.blackboard.com (if needed).

BbSS will forward users to a self-reset process, if that is unsuccessful we can reset the user’s password in SmartView.

• Access MyParker at: https://my.parker.edu/• User can unlock accounts at: https://password.parker.edu/• Users can reset their password at: https://password.parker.edu/

• If a user cannot reset their password, we can reset their password in SmartView.

Verify the user by their First and Last Name, ID number, Email Address, and Date of Birth.
