• Replaced parking ramp equipment with point-to-point encrypted (P2PE) credit card processors
• Replaced pay lot equipment with P2PE credit card processors
• Resurfaced A-2 Lot• Removed the 525 House expanding AA Lot parking• Converted C Lot from employee parking to resident
student parking• Hired our first FT Customer Service Representative• Changed 68 outside incandescent lights to LED
lighting
