ESSENTIAL OIL CLASSES Age: Adults 18+

HAPPY HORMONES Are you stressed? Tired? Struggling to maintain a healthy weight, or experiencing hot or cold spells, occasional anxiousness or fatigue? Do you want to get back to feeling more like yourself? When our hormones are out of balance, it can con-tribute to migraines, insomnia, weak bones, weight gain, hot flashes, mood swings, infertility, how we handle stress, and low libi-do to name a few. Over time, these hormone imbalances can lead to rapid aging and increase the risk of disease. But there is good news, and you can help support your body in this delicate balancing act! Join Lauren to find out how you can support your endocrine system and healthy hormones. Each participant will receive 2 happy hormone take homes.

ESSENTIAL OILS FOR A HEALTHY DIGESTIVE SYSTEM Did you know your digestive system is the center of your health? Think about it: all the energy and nutrients from your food can’t get to your body without your digestive system. The gut plays a huge role in your emotional health and your immune system — science has long shown a strong connection between our digestive system and our brain, and demonstrates how the microbes in your gut “talk” to your immune system too. When you think about all the ways your digestive system affects your health, who couldn’t use additional support? Join me to learn how to improve your digestion, and in turn, your immune system and emotions! Each participant will receive two digestion support take homes.

PREGNANCY + ESSENTIAL OILS Pregnancy can be exciting and scary all at the same time. It can also come with some pretty common discomforts. Your pregnancy doesn’t have to be a dread-ful experience—full of morning sickness, body aches, or lack of sleep. When you are pregnant, many options go out the window and you can feel a bit helpless. But there ARE safe, effective options out there for you! Get ready to learn how to support your emotions and body while you find comfort in your new growing baby. Each participant will receive two pregnancy support take homes.
