PAROC CGL 80• For thermal, sound and/or fire insulation in cellar
ceilings between cold garages (parking places, storages etc.) and warm flats.
• Product dimensions: 1200 x 200 x 50...250 mm.• Thermal conductivity: 0,041 W/mK• Compressive strength: 50 kPa• Tensile strength: 80 kPa• Product surface is possible to render ( or paint ).• Production possible from Poland and Finland and in
the near future also from Lithuania.• Loose products packed on pallets.• Small packages packed on pallets also from Poland.

...also on how successful the mounting of lamellas is
Insulate for life
PAROC CGL 80 is adheres very tightly to concrete and will not
come off
Insulate for life
CGL 80 will delaminate before the adhesive bonding breaks down
( mt 80 kPa )
Insulate for life
Due to the even bottom of the mould, the surface of CGL 80 is very even too and there is no...

Summary
• The surface of the mould must planed lower position for the thickness of insulation.
• The surface of the mould must be clean if the mould is not new.
• CGL 80 must be mounted with crossing joints and very tightly against each other.
• Possible loose material out from the surface of insulation before concreting!
• Mounting of insulation is very easy! No upwards mounting, no dust into eyes, no separate frame or fasteners, no extra adhesive and drying.
• Many work phases can be ongoing at the same time → great savings in time and costs.
• Adhesive bonding automatically with the concrete’s own binder gives an even stronger bond than what is possible to achieve with traditional adhesive.
• You have to be careful when decentering as there is insulation material not concrete behind the mould.
