Successfully negotiated and acquired a high level of leases, modifications, amendment and ratifications in Marshall, Doddridge, Harrison, Tyler and Ritchie Counties in WV that resulted in a number of unit completions. Constructed and maintained spreadsheets, abstracted surface title, established pipeline locations, consulted with landowners and resolved issues prior to and after construction of pipelines, physically walked proposed routes, located proposed compressor site locations and retrieved GPS data and determined construction viability. Assessed tap buy out contracts. Assisted in locating anode bed locations, stream and road crossing locations, and timber assessments.
