when higher than 0.5MPa.

When you cancel the lifter up-down interlock after rectifying an error and press
“RESET/ORIGIN” switch, the lifter always moves in the direction of the feed position,
hence your hands may be pinched.
WARNINGBE CAREFUL OF YOUR HANDS WHEN RESETTING THE LIFTER
UP-DOWN INTERLOCK AFTER RECTIFYING AN ERROR.
When resetting the interlock, take care not to place your hands in the active parts.

2-2-1 Way of Cancel Troubles and Errors
If patrol light red goes on and off, machine finds error. (in case our company normal
specification)
Cancel error in following order.
aVerify the factor of error and get rid of that. (Errors and troubles to be found will be
explained in 5-b).
bSelect manual operation from "MANU. / AUTO" switch.
cPush the "RESET / ORIGIN" switch.
Conveyor in lifter will turn for about a second and after stop magazine clump will go.
(Now troubles and errors are not canceled.)
dPush the "RESET / ORIGIN (returning to origin)" switch again.
Lifter will go down to the position of supplying magazine.
(After going down, troubles and errors will be canceled.)
2-2-2 Way of Verifying LED Signal
You can verify whether the signal is normally input/output or not with LED of the board
(SCS8E1).
If you take off the cover which is set downward and forward of operation side, you can find
control panel under it.
Control (CPU) board which is called SCS8E1 is attached to the control panel and there are
48 LEDs in each 2 lines.
You can see the LEDs and correspondence of each signals to them with "LED show
contents" table which is at the page before the circuit illustration page end of handling
explanation book.
If the LED lights, it means "ON".
Generally when the voltage source is turned on only, following input is ON (lighting).
LED NO.19 returning limit of sticking out LS8
LED NO.40 emergency stop EMST
LED NO.42 air pressure OK AiR
LED NO.9 magazine up and down interlock PH11
LED NO.10 magazine up and down interlock PH12
LED NO.11 magazine up and down interlock PH13

2-3 Warning in Producing
1) In producing if the magazine you are going to move to the lifter next is not on the
supplying conveyor (PHOT sensor position), yellow patrol light and "PUT IN MAGAZINE"
will go on and off. (in case our company normal specification)
Put the magazine on the supplying conveyor and push "PUT IN MAGAZINE".
2) In producing if empty magazines gathers on the exhaust conveyor (PHOT sensor
position), yellow patrol light and "TAKE OUT MAGAZINE" will go on and off. (in case our
company normal specification)
Put down empty magazine from the exhaust conveyor.

2-4 Stop Producing for a Time
Select manual operation from "MANU. / AUTO".
In the state of manual operation, you do manual operation with the switch on the panel.
If you want to resume auto operation, restore to the stopped state and select interlocked
switch.
