Sub: Grant of Non-Functional Llpgradation to AAOs,F+rr****+

I. The PCDA Bangalore hereby grant Non-Functiolal Upgradation to AAOs as mentioned in theAnnexure'A' & Annexure "B' in the Pay Matrix Leve(I'h CPC) and with effect from the date shownagainst their names.2. The Non-Functional Upgradation is granted subject to the lolloi.ving conditions:-

a) The grant of NFU will be admissible on completion of 4 years of regular service in the gradeof AAO and is elfective f,rom 0li0l/2016

bt The NFU u'ill be subject to vigilance clearance

c) The orders for grant of NFU to AAOs shall be issued by the Appointing authority

d) Benefit ofPay Fixation as per Rule l3 oICCS(Revised Pay) Rules 2016 shall beavailableatthe time of grant of N FU to AAOs.

e) After grant of NFU to AAOs in pay lavel-9 and their pay fixation under Rule 1i of CCS(RP)Rules 20 I6. there will be no l'unher pay fixation on promotion to the post of Accounts Officer inPay Level-9

f) NFU will be reckoned for financial upgradation under MACPS. Subsequent financialupgradation under MACPS" ifany. is to be reckoned from the date ofgrant ofNFU.

g) This supersedes all earlier Par ll Office Orders on IvIACPS already granted to the afl'ectedAAOs after 01101120\6 in Pa1 Matrix Level - 9.
