to the Scheme, including vesting orders relating to

the transfer of the Balance Assets of the Petitioner

No. 2 including all its assets, properties, rights,

privileges, powers, bank and other accounts,

trademarks, patents and licenses and all or other

assets, properties, privileges, powere, contracts

relating exclusively to or associated with the

Balance Assets of the Petitioner No. 2, benefits by

Government and/or regulatory consents, sanctions,

authorization and licenses and liabilities of the

Petitioner No. 2 to the extent of the Balance Assets

with and into the Petitioner No. 1 with effect from the

date of filing of the relevant order of the Court

sanctioning the scheme with the Registrar;

(x) To order that the costs and incidental expenses to

this application be paid by the Petitioner No. 1; and

(xi) To pass such further order or orders and to issue all

consequential and necessary directions as this

Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances.

The petition was presented on 30th June, 2020 by the

above named Petitioners through his counsel namely M/S.

ORR. DIGNAM & Co., Advocates. The said petition is fixed

in Court before : Deputy Registrar (Original Side) on 20th

October, 2020 at 10:00 A.M.

Any person desirous of supporting or opposing the

making of an order as prayed in the Petition should appear

at the time of hearing by himself or by his advocate. A copy

of petition will be furnished to any person requiring the same

on application and payment of usual fees for copies of such

document.
