SoPact is a personal vision that has grown from 25 years in technology, management and the social sector. At SEF, a South African microfinance organisation, he led the re-engineering of operations to deepen poverty outreach and impact. At a sector level Anton led a consortium of 12 organisations that developed the content and training materials for what has now become the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management in microfinance. At social investor Oikocredit he designed and managed a mentoring programme implemented in 10 countries to support investee social performance.
