On March 22, 2017, Hologic®, Inc. announced its acquisition of
Cynosure®, SculpSure’s® parent company. We’re excited to join

Both SculpSure and CoolSculpting® have been FDA cleared for
non-invasive lipolysis in healthy individuals with BMI ≤30.
