Each chapter will create a task force to oversee Planners4Health. The Planners4Health task force will be responsible for the completion of project deliverables and ongoing activities.

• Conduct an assessment of health and planning

• Host a roundtable with key stakeholders

• Develop final summary of project findings

Plan4Health staff will provide guidance for each deliverable.
