2. Place and date of the eventCentre de Congrès de Lyon - 50 Quai Charles de Gaulle, 69463 LyonThe event will be held on December, 17th, 2019 and December, 18th, 2019. The signature of the present General Terms of Sale equals to the acceptation of the General rules and regulations of the Centre de Congrès de Lyon, place hosting the event.

3. AdmissionThe partnership admission form shall be addressed to : PLASTIPOLIS - Pôle de Compétitivité Plasturgie & Composites180 Rue Pierre et Marie Curie, 01100 Bellignat - FranceOnly admission forms duly completed and signed will be taken into consideration. Payments shall be addressed to PLASTIPOLIS. The partnership contract will be effective upon reception of the present General Terms of Sale and application form, duly completed and signed by the partner. The present signature stands for the acknowledgement of the present General Terms of Sale and General Rules and Regulations of the Centre des Congrès de Lyon. Any general or specific conditions of the partner are not opposable to the Organizer.

4. Payment ConditionsThe partner shall address, at the time of the admission application, a first payment equal to 60% of the total amount of the order, includind VAT. In case of waiver on behalf of the partner, whatever be the reason and whenever it could happen, this first amount is definitely due to the Organizer. The remaining amount shall be paid upon the reception of the bill and at the latest on December 2, 2019. Non payment of the remaining amount of the participation on time will lead to the loss of the right to a dedicated exhibition space, the first amount remaining due to the Organizer. The foreign partners willing to get the VAT back need to refer to Direction Générale des Impôts - 139, rue de Bercy – 75012 Paris – France.

5. Waiver – Cancellation – Force majeureThe partner is informed that the services provided by the Organizer in the frame of the present contract are not subject to the application of the waiver rules as per articles L.121-20 of the Code de la consommation for remote sales. As a consequence, the services provided are exclusively subject to

cancellation and modification planned under the present General Terms of Sales and the partner should not appeal to his waiver’s rights. Any cancellation of the present contract by the partner, whatever be the reason and whenever it could happen, will lead to a cancellation compensation equal to the entire amount of the confirmed order. Thus, the remaining billing amount remains due under any circumstances by the partner. The duties coming from the present contract will not be applicable or will be suspended if their fulfilement has become impossible due to the occurrence of a Force majeure case in the sense of legal precedent.

6. Duties of the partnerAny admission commits its subscriber who commits to strictly respect all the present Rules and also special rules that will be addressed in the application files (including the General rules and regulations of the Centre des Congrès de Lyon). Any violation can lead to the exclusion of the partner responsible, without any possibility to ask for the reimbursement of the amount already paid or compensation under any nature. In case of dispute that could arise during the event or even from the interpretation of the present General Terms of Sale, the competent jurisdiction is the Rhône court (Tribunaux du Rhône), and this even in case of different purchasing conditions, defendant plurality or appeal of guarantee.

7. Non-transferabilityExcept in case of express agreement of the Organizer, the transfer of the present partnership contract by the partner is forbidden.

8. Contract failureEach party will have the possibility to terminate the present contract in case of failure by the other party to respect the duties mentioned in the present contract and, in case of a lack to solve the problem within 30 days following the reception of a registered letter addressed by the other party.

9. Data protectionThe data collected by the Organizer will be used for the purpose of the event only. The Organizer is RGPD compliant, under the European rules.

10. Address election – Applicable Law – Competent jurisdictionThe Parties elect their home address at the address of their respective Headquarters.Any notification shall be made to the address. The present contractual relation is ruled under the French Law. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation of the present General Terms of Sale or during the exhibition, shall be carried to the Tribunal de Commerce de Lyon, to which the partner and the Organizer acknowledge competence.
