The key to successful recruiting is a strong campus presence. Developing this presence should consist of a multi-layered approach that includes a variety of activities. Our Hokies4Hire Employer Partnership is intended as the foundational layer in your overall recruitment strategy. Recruitment methods vary by company size, hiring needs, and industry. The Hokies4Hire Employer Partnership is an opportunity to develop a strategic plan to partner with Career Services. There are 3 levels of sponsor-ships available depending on the degree of involve-ment you wish to have with our students. These options include packages and a la-carte selections.
