Our initiatives.
RC3 will be the Rotman Commerce Consulting Association’s flagship event of the year. The event will host major consulting firms and attendance by over 100+ upper year students. In preparation for this event, students go through a rigorous selection and screening criteria in order to showcase top talent at the event. This event will be open to major faculties across the University of Toronto and other major universities in Ontario.
Corporate partners like you will have the opportunity to mentor teams and judge presentations. When the finalists are chosen, you will be able to watch and evaluate the top three teams. Once the winning team is declared, the event will breakout into a networking session.
Rotman Commerce Consulting Competition

Perspectives Case Competition is RCCA’s second major case competition of the year. The event aims to expose students to a wide variety of top consulting firms, strategy arms of F500 companies, and other related companies. Last year, the event had attendance from over 125+ students across 5 major universities. The case competition runs through the entire day with initial and final rounds judged by consultants in the industry.
As one of Rotman Commerce’s most featured and premier events, you will be able to leverage a high degree of exposure within Rotman and beyond. As our satisfied students conclude the evening, they will remember and share the experiences brought to them by your firm.

Consulting Demystified - Our first event of the year is an introduction to case competitions and the field of consulting, aimed at incoming first years. They will participate in their first case competition in a low pressure setting, learning in workshops from experienced consultants.
Casual Connections - First and second year students will have the chance to meet and get to know current students and recent grads who have secured placements in the consulting industry, and learn about how they prepared and their keys to success.
Strategy Night - This cocktail event is aimed at exposing students to non-traditional paths in consulting such as working for boutiques, internal F500 strategy arms, and Big 4 advisory divisions.
In partnership with Rotman Commerce Women in Business, students will hear about the journeys of female leaders at major consulting firms, their challenges, and the support networking available to them at firms such as yours. After the panel discussion, there will be networking opportunities with the representatives.
