Serving the most vulnerable youthESTA serves youth ages 16-22 who have one or more of the following barriers to education, employment and independent living: • Youth in and aging out of foster care • High school age but not attending school• Dropped out of high school• Economically disadvantaged• Juvenile justice system involvement• Housing instability or homeless• Unemployed or underemployed• Low academic performance

Eliada Students Training for Advancement (ESTA) is a 24-month education, career pathway, and independent living program that provides youth with multiple barriers to employment the appropriate support and resources to achieve their personal and professional goals.

Transitional Living OptionEvery young person needs a safe, stable place to live. We believe in the value of fostering independence gradually with the support of caring mentors and adults. Students live in furnished accommodations and have access to Eliada’s workout facilities, workforce development resources, and transitional living staff who are available to assist youth in their daily needs.
