• The direct drive (operation) of the plate spring allows the work to be moved without shaking.
6. Big energy savings: the electromechanical conversion efficiency of the piezo resonator is very high, assuring great energy savings as it uses 1/20 or 1/30 energy of conventional electronic oscillator

PB Series
Bowl FeederThe drive source of the piezo-type bowl feeder is a piezo resonator (element) that uses fine ceramics made out of lead titanate and lead zirconate. The direct drive works off the piezo effect that results from the strain of voltage application.
The feeder is built for a wide range of applications as it can be equipped with various bowls at the desired position by means of center or peripheral lock systems. Bowls can also be installed because of the hole drilling process of special top plate. The drive system has a long service life. It has no coils and rotors.

PL Series
The in-line feeder is downsized to weigh of 0.25kg; overall feeder weighs 18kg; the largest capacity chute weighs 5kg; and the large feeder has a maximum chute length of 200mm. The leak spring adjustment is no longer required since the controller is equipped with a frequency modulator. The unit incorporates a direct drive system, a joint spring system, a rubber mount feature-all of which means you have a wide selection to meet your application requirements.
In-Line Model Features1. Direct DriveSimple construction for maximum feed velocity. There is direct rebound to the mounted base, so this feature only comes on small feeders2. Joint Spring SystemThe drive section and base have a joint spring in between to secure them, lessening rebound to the base itself. Smooth feed is assured for medium to large work applications. 3. Rubber Mount FeatureThe rubber-mounted unit is vibration-damped to the point that it can even be used on an office desk. Ideal for medium to large parts feeding.
