From the dealer service page, click on the blue button labeled “Parts” and a drop down menu will appear. Click “Parts Ordering”

Enter the username and password provided to you from East Mfg. and click the Login button. Figure 3

If you don’t know your username, contact [email protected] and an email will be sent to you with your existing user name.

If you don’t know your password, click on “Forgot Password? “ Enter your username and click the Submit button. An email will instantly be sent

to you from Optimum Solutions that will include your existing username and new generated password. When you receive the email, copy the

password from the email, click the back bottom from the recover password screen, enter your username and paste in your new password.

Once logged in, you will see the user dashboard. Figure 5

This dashboard consists of a menu bar, an open order bubble and open shipment bubble. If you are logged in as a user, you will see just the

orders you have placed online in the system. If you are logged in as a manager, you will see all the orders placed online for your company.

You can click on the “Order Number” to view the order or by clicking the view icon to far right of the order line. Current statuses of the order

are also shown.

Menu Bar

By clicking the home button, you will always be sent back to the main screen. Figure 5

By hovering over the part search button, a drop down menu will appear. Clicking on the “Search Parts” button will take you to the parts search

screen. See page 6 for details.

By hovering over “Orders / Transactions”, a drop down menu will appear.

• Clicking on parts orders will bring up a list of all parts orders including shipped orders. By clicking on an order or searching for a specific

order , you can view a detailed description of an order.

• Clicking on “Shipment Details “will bring up a list of accepted and shipped orders. By clicking on an order or searching for a specific

order that has shipped, you will be able to view shipment information including carrier, tracking number and shipping cost.

By hovering over “Master Data” and hovering over the user dropdown a side menu will appear

• If you are logged in as a manager, you can also click on user management to edit user’s profiles within your company.

• Clicking on manage profile will take you to your profile were setting can be change like password, email address etc.

• Clicking on change password will allow you to quickly change your password

Search parts

From the “Parts Search” menu, parts can be searched by part number, description, parts type and classification. Searches can be done

with a full part number, or partial part numbers or description. If you know the parts type or classification, you can also enter it along

with a partial part number and description to improve your search results.

Once you have entered what you want to search for and click the search button. Your search results will appear. Figure 6

By clicking on the part number, you can get detailed information about the part including notes, vendor part numbers etc.

If an image is available it will be listed to the right of the description. Click on the Image to enlarge it. To add an item to your cart, click

multiple items by clicking the box to the left of the item and click “Add Selected”, or select the quantity of just one item and click add.

Order Cart

Items will appear in your cart on the right side of the “Search by Part” screen. Figure 6

You can view the contents by clicking the “View Cart” button under the items listed in the cart. Figure 7

The number of items can also be viewed in the top right of any screen. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon.

From the “Cart Detail” screen, you can clear the cart, delete an item by clicking the trash can icon, continue shopping by clicking the “Continue

Shopping” button, add a note to East before submitting the order, change the quantity and update the cart, or “proceed to check out”.

Order processing

Once you have proceeded to checkout, the default information for your user login will be populated. Figure 8

You must enter a purchase order and purchase order date. Choose the shipment type and change the default ship to address if needed. A

comment can also be added to the “additional Comments” box. Click the review order if you are satisfied what is shown or continue shopping

to add more items.

After clicking review order you will be taken to the next screen were you can review your order. Click the buttons at the bottom of the page to

go back to the previous screen, make your final confirmation of your order or continue shopping. Figure 9

Order confirmation

Once you confirm your order, you will see the order confirmation screen. And also receive an confirming email Figure 10, 11

You can click on the link included at the bottom of your email to review your order. On the dashboard in the East ordering system, you will see

the order in the top bubble and marked as a new order. Figure 5

Once the order is reviewed by someone at East, it will either be accepted or will need further review by you because of issues with the order. If

the order needs review, it will be listed on the top bubble on the dashboard rather than being accepted and listed in the bottom bubble. The

status will show the order needing further approval and there will be a note in the order stating an issue. You will need to open the order,

change it and accept it or delete it by clicking the “Short Close” button. Once the order is accepted it will be moved to the lower bubble on the

dashboard along with other orders pending shipment. The orders will remain there until shipped. For further assistance, contact an East parts
