*Booking It* Nothing will happen if you have a snow white date book!! Here are some ideas to help you get your appointments on your date book.
Always call your director if you feel you have exhausted your resources or ideas. We will work with you to fill your date book! SAY IT WITH ME……..I LOVE THE PHONE! Make your contact list of everyone you know with skin and don’t prejudge! Share this script with friends/family to schedule your Beauty Appointments.
Focus on the activity and not the response. If someone says no...you say NO BIG DEAL. You do not have
control over the yes or no, only the attempts you make. Continue to the next person on your list. Always ask "Is there any reason why you can't" and never a yes or no question. The bubble
sheet is a great tool to use as you are booking appointments. When they say I'm not sure when my friends can come... I always
say lets set a tentative date and we can change it if need be:) Sometimes they don't want to have at there home so I offer
my home or an alternate location in there town.
Option 1: New Business Owner “Hey Susie, I am not sure if you are aware but I am a business owner with Mary Kay Cosmetics. I ran across your name and
thought wow I would love to pamper you! I have a challenge this month to facial 30 women and I have picked you! Could you
help me by being my model? There is no obligation to purchase. Most women love to share this experience with friends so If you
can invite 3-4 friends to sample with you I can give you free product. Susie is there any reason why you wouldn’t like to take
advantage of this pampering session?”
Option 2: Misty’s Script to Turn a Facial Into a Party! Hey Susie I’m working on a big goal this month (share goal) could you help me out by letting me pamper you with our
amazing products? I would love for you to be a model for me! I will let you choose any single item for 25% off. Any reason why
you can't? Great! Which is better for you weekday or week-end? Great! Now Susie would you like to do this alone or with friends? I will give you $75 worth of your favorite products for
only $35 if you want to share your pampering session with a couple friends. That is like getting $40 Free! Any reason why
you can't invite your mom and sis? Great! I tell you what...I will treat you as a hostess but no worries its just your facial with
friends. Its going to be so much fun!

Script Ok Susie, I want you to get as much free product as possible! So remember we have to have people there to make this happen. You only need 2 plus you to get 75 for 35. We obviously want to invite more so you don't miss this. I will get a list of at least 10 of your favorite people and numbers that you want to attend. I promise I am not the pink police:) I will send them a text invite to invite them and instruct them how to register on my site to earn a free gift! Super simple. I will send them a reminder too the day before the party so you don't have too! Share with them when you invite them what you are excited about and why you want them to com. Also, you can earn free product when your friends purchase. If they can't make it I will send them an e-catalog and invite them to purchase. If you have 5 people to order before party I'll give you another 50% off item! You can earn bonus gifts too! So be thinking about who you know that could use some pampering or free products as well as may love doing something like Mary Kay. Start making your wish list! I have a feeling you are going to be an amazing host!

A class worth booking is worth coaching! Imagine a coach of a
team never telling his team what to do! Guess what will happen-NOTHING!
Be sure that she knows this is a job for you and not just a hobby. It is important she holds it on the original date (offer an item 50% 0ff
if she does). You are business partners! You are both working together for you to make money for your family and her to earn free product! First step after booking is the Hostess Packet &
Hostess Checklist.
1. Explain Hostess Credit. $75 for $35, but she has to have at least 2 that doesn't have another consultant. This only cost you a few
dollars! :) I also include tax in the $75 or she can pay the difference. Example.. I the retail is $70 tax would be $4.20. She would only owe $35. If retail is $75 tax is $4.50. She would owe $39.40 Depending on her sales and bookings she can ear free product. Go by the chart. She has to reach $200 before I give anything free. If she reaches $250 I only give at $200 level and
encourage her to sell $50 more to reach the next level. Depending on her bookings, she can receive 10, 15, or 20%.
1 booking 15 %, 2 bookings 20%, 0 booking 10%. To get the party qualified for our National Area: 9 2 bookings, 2 career chats, 250 in sales. I give bonus booking gifts. These are
given after all hold. To get things I need from her I also give 50% off single items, not sets.

TIPS 2. Hostess Wish List. Encourage her to register on your site so she will know what the guests are doing and she can start her wish list. From there you can simply figure what she needs to sell to reach her goal. 3. Create a Pic Collage Invitation (Optional) You can create an invite with her pic with her party info and picture. (Make sure she likes this picture before you send to her guests!) 4. Get Guest List and Invite Guests It is imperative to get the list ASAP. Offer a 50% item if she sends names and numbers within 48 hours. Encourage her to think of guests who don't have a consultant and are over 18. She can earn another 50% off item! You can Pre-profile 2 ways! a. Call. You can call the guest and answer the questions on the profile card. When you lift the carbon copy you will see what product are recommended for her. You can have those in her tray at party and or write in her beauty book. You can also send her a text to check out those products on your site. b. Send a text invite. I personally do this more now that we are a techy world. I invite them to register on my website and fill out their profile. When they do this it dumps all info in my customers. You can then see the recommended products. It also saves there info and saves me and my assistants time on entering data after the party. I offer a free gift (mini hand cream, mini fragrance vial, mini mascara, etc) if they do this before the party. I have had clients do this at the opening of the party to get the gift. If they don't make it you have great info to follow up.

guests. I encourage her to invite people she really wants to come not just random 300 friends:) You can post new product,

Shoes: I LOVE sassy shoes:) comfort is also important! Hair: Have you got a compliment on your hair in the last 6
weeks? If not, try something new. Scent: Keep a perfume in your car to spray before you go in. You
don't want to smell like the Mexican restaurant you were just at:) If you are a smoker it is important as well. Keep products
out of areas that you smoke in. Some people are highly sensitive to smoke.
Nails: Well manicured. Car: Would you let Linda Toupin your car?? Remember your
guest will be walking by your car on the way in:) Keep it clean. LOOK YOUR BEST AND BE PROFFESIONAL!

coat with all his utensils that he was
