PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment in advance is required until a signed credit application has been approved. All creditapproved advertising bills are due within 30 days. If a contract is canceled prior to fulfillment, a rate adjustment billing will occur. A rate adjustment is a recalculation of all advertising back to the non-contract rate according to the terms of the original insertion order. A rate adjustment will not occur if a new, upgraded contract is signed. Ad sizes and copy may be changed without affecting contract discounts.
Rates based on number of insertions run over a 12-month period. Online rates in CPM. Flat rate campaigns are also available. Premium/ Guaranteed positions: + 15% space.

Ads requiring excessive production or substantial last-minute changes are subject to a $100 production charge. Professional artwork. illustrations and photographs are available upon request for an additional charge.
CAMERA READY ADS:
We recommend documents in PDF format. compatible with Acrobat 5.0 or earlier, with fonts embedded, or if working in Adobe Illustrator, fonts outlined. True type fonts are NOT compatible with our press. Please make sure all fonts are postscript fonts.
Send PDF(s) to: [email protected] and a courtesy copy to your advertising representative.
The subject heading of your email should include your account name, date running and size.

The PDF name should be your account name. Example: New Music Store. pdf. Please include your contact info in the email.
Another option for sending large ad files is to use a file sharing service such as Hightail or Dropbox and email a link to download files that are too large to email.

If submitting an ad in native file formats via mail. email or cd, please make sure it is one of the following: Quark XPress 7 lnDesign CS4 Adobe Illustrator CS4 Adobe Photoshop CS4.
Make certain to include all support files (images, fonts, etc.) and a proof of the ad.

To ensure quality prints. files must have a minimum of 300 dpi at 100%. They may go as high as 350 dpi at 100%,
