Choose By Publication Type in the task pane.
Choose a project from the list of wizards.

By Design Sets
In the Start from a design section of the New from Existing Publication task pane, click the down arrow to choose By Design Sets.
Click the publication you want (grouped according to the type of design) in the window to the right.
