    Why we study the feasts:

    1. The Feasts are a shadow copy of things

to come, that teach us about the Messiah

    (Col 2: 16-17; Heb 10:3)

    2. God gave it to us so we could learn andunderstand Gods plan of redemption

for the world and our personal relationship

    with Him (Rom 15:4)

    3. Things that were written is for our learning

    .that we might HOPE

God created human beings in His own image

who would become His children with

divine nature and character (II Peter 1:4)-but man rebelled against God by choosing

between good and evil or therefore fell

    into SIN

  • 8/6/2019 Pass Over

    12/79

Wages of SIN is death (Rom 6: 23)

God decided long ago that only the death

of His own Son, Jesus Christ, could trulyatone for the awfulness of sin.

-In Him we have redemption through His

blood, the forgiveness of sins, accordingto the riches of His Grace.

    Ephesians 1:4, 7

    -In the days of Joseph

Children of Israel came and gave

themselves to the ruler ship of Pharaoh

    Pharaoh had legal ownership over

the People-ownership broken only by the death of the

    pharaoh

    Spiritually:

    Unless we accept Jesus into our life;

Unless we accept Jesus into our life;Satan has the legal ownership over us

Thru Jesus death, ownership is broken

i.e. we are free to enter our spiritual

promised land and its promises givento us.
