• Pass Pouch– Insert the pouch into the inside front flap with the

“bend” side toward the center of the notebook.

– Staple the pouch to the flap across the top & side (YOU ONLY NEED A FEW STAPLES!!!)

– Make sure NOT to staple the pouch shut!

• Cover Page– Cut your Motivational T-shirt out.

– Tape it to the outside cover of your notebook.

– Make sure NOT to tap the inside flap closed!
