Founded in 1969 by two former Police Officers, Complete Integrated Solutions (CIS) Security Limited initially operated as a security management and commercial investigation specialist, advising City and industry clients on matters relating to best security practice, and providing a loss prevention and investigation service.

Leaving a vacant property unattended can leave a site at risk for illegal occupancy, theft, vandalism, utility failure, pest and rodent infestation, and fly-tipping. Our guardian services assist in the avoidance of these costly risks by relying on our guardians who have been conscientiously vetted to be Property Guardians to occupy and look after vacant properties.

Client premises vary in size and sector, and can include anything from residential housing estates to local councils to vacant schools, shops and more.

Our service portfolio provides a 24-hour mobile key holding and alarm response service. CIS Security Mobile Officers are able to respond to calls in a fleet of GPS-equipped vehicles, allowing us to monitor our response in real time via an online tracker.

We operate in accordance with BS7984 requirements and are backed up by a 24-hour communications centre.

We are keen to encourage community cohesion by supporting the employment of local community residents and of young people through schemes such as apprenticeships, internships and work experience. We are also committed to supporting initiatives that benefit the local community, and the communities of our clients through sponsorship, participating in charity events and causes, and being involved in our clients CSR initiatives.
