St Ann’s Novena THEN and NOW

91st Solemn Novena to St. Ann on July 17th to July 26th

This Solemn Novena attracts thousands of people every July. It is for many people their annual retreat, their special time of prayer during the year. Along with the prayers to St. Ann and the Passionist Saint there is also a homily given by one of the Passionists on a specific theme relevant for the spiritual life of those making the Novena.

The annual Art Fair is the Diocese’s biggest annual Fund Raiser. It showcases famous and ama-teur local artists from all over Jamaica, giving them a platform to display and sell their work, and giving the community an opportunity to assist the Diocese of Mandeville in all its health, educa-tional and charitable endeavors. This year the Diocese was delighted that the proceeds were the highest ever, totaling $1,775,000. From this amount, seventeen diocesan institutions were able to receive assistance.
