ABE FORD I have been attending St Ben’s since 2010 and officially became a member in 2014. I am married to my amazing wife Adrienne (Wuertz) and we have 2 girls Charlotte and Caroline who both attend school at St. Ben’s. I work for Healthy Spaces as a trainer and technical resource for the sales staff. I have met many great people during my time at St Ben’s and have enjoyed helping with set-up and tear down for the social, as well as volunteering at other events. I feel very much at home in this Parish and am honored for the opportunity to serve on the Pastoral Council.

DENNIS LAMEY My name is Dennis Lamey, and I have been a life-long member of St. Benedict’s parish. My wife and I married at St. Ben’s and my two sons were educated here. I have been on the St. Ben’s Fi-nance Committee, am currently co-chair of Adopt-a-Spot, and have been an usher for many years. My wife and I were the proud recipients of the Bruté Award for St. Ben’s parish several years ago. My working career has been in business and finance. I graduated from IU with a degree in busi-ness, and served 28 years in charge of the Evansville office of the Comptroller of the Currency. I then worked six years in management at Fifth Third Bank, and spent fourteen years as the head of the Evansville office of a large CPA firm specializing in banking and strategic planning. I have

volunteered for many organizations besides St. Ben’s, primarily in development and strategic planning capacities. MIKE PRIMUS Hello! My name is Mike Primus. I grew up in Wyoming, went to college at Purdue (Boiler Up!), and have lived in Indiana ever since. I am a father of 3 girls, loving husband, owner of a construction company, and the grand Knight for our St Ben's Knights of Columbus council. I'm terrible at writ-ing, but I love building things and I care deeply for our community and our parish. When we moved back to Evansville in 2016 and joined the St Ben's parish I immediately started looking for ways to volunteer and give back, whether it was serving concessions at bingo, painting the cafeteria, redoing the back hall by the adoration chapel, or serving as a lector. My goal was to create a pres-ence that others would see and feel moved to help as well. I would love the opportunity to further

my service as a member of the pastoral council.

DOMINIC PLUTINO My name is Dominic Plutino. I became a parishioner at St. Benedict Cathedral in February 2020 after moving to Evansville from Joplin, Missouri to live closer to my fiance, now wife, Nicole. We got married at St. Ben's in October 2020 and have loved settling down and making St. Ben's our parish home. I work full-time as a nurse (RN) at Deaconess in open heart and joint replace-ment surgery and enjoy grilling, reading, and outdoor activities in my free time. I have been blessed to experience various parish life communities growing up with nine brothers and sisters and moving to several states throughout childhood. Though COVID has limited my ability to get involved in par-ish life in other ways as much as I would like since moving here, I look forward to the opportunity to serve on Pastoral Council as a way to become more involved in parish life. I was immediately drawn to the vibrant and di-verse parish life at St. Ben's and I look forward to contributing ideas to grow in stewardship together staying root-ed in the traditions of St. Ben's while adding new perspectives from my experiences in life and through the lens of a young, Catholic adult.

REY MAZZOCCO My name is Rey Mazzocco. My wife Sarah and I are long time parishioners of St. Benedict Ca-thedral. We’ve had 3 children graduate from St. Ben’s and Memorial. Over the years, I’ve served the parish in many capacities; school board, coaching, trustee, Knights of Columbus, and St. Vincent DePaul Society, where I’m currently the secretary as well as volunteering at the summer social and fish fries over the years. My wife and I also sponsor couples in the parish who are pre-paring to get married. In the community, I have served on the Leukemia Society of America board of directors and was the allocations chairman for the United Way of Southwestern Indi-ana. If elected, I would be honored to serve on the pastoral council.

MICHELLE LANSDALE Hi! My name is Michelle Lansdale. I am truly flattered to have been nominated to serve on the Pas-toral Council. Although I am not a native of the Evansville area, I have been a part of the Saint Benedict parish for many years. I have tried to be actively involved in the life of our parish by par-ticipating and volunteering as much as possible. Currently, I serve as a Lector, as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, and as a link in the St. Ben’s prayer chain. I also take part in Adora-tion with the Good Shepherd Prayer Apostolate. I graduated from Purdue University and have been the Laboratory Director for a small, local environmental firm for several years. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to share my time and talents with our parish and would be honored to serve.
