How Practice-a-thon helps children with cancer through performing artsSchools and groups from across the UK have raised over £800,000 so far through music and dance – and had a great time doing it!

250,000 young people have taken part in a music or dance event for CLIC Sargent – not to mention all their teachers, conductors, choreographers and group leaders. The money they’ve raised has made a real difference to the lives of children with cancer, including children in your area and their families.

Why CLIC Sargent needs your help again this yearEvery day, ten children and young people are told that they have cancer. CLIC Sargent is the children’s cancer charity, and we believe that every child and young person with cancer deserves the best support and opportunities; to help them through cancer and to reach their full potential in the future.

CLIC Sargent funds a range of services across the UK, including nurses, respite holidays, care grants and a helpline, to support children and their families through the trauma of diagnosis and the often long journey through treatment.
