    Lactoccocus piscium, Staphylococcus sp., Streptoverticillium, C.

    1. Edwardsiella tarda (serotype A, B, C, D)

    Motile at 37C, produce indole-tryptophan broth, methyl red

    +, utilize tartrate, grows on Christensens citrate. Isolation-

    lesion o internal organs on BHIA, TSA

    Fish lethargic, swim erratic, small cutaneous lesion 3-5

    mm d, internal light colored nodule on spleen, kidney,

    liver.

    On case ofE. ictaluri, (enteric septicemia of catfish/ESC),

    hemorrhage mouth, lateral & ventral, fin, pale gill,

    exopthalmia, open lesion on skull hole in the head dis.

    Internal, petechiae internal organ, ascites, swelling kidney,

    liver, spleen.

    2. Yersinia, (enteric redmouth disease)

    Affect salmon, isolated kidney, TSA, BHIA 20-25C, 48 h

    disease acute, peracute,chronic red of mouth + inflamation, erotion o jaw, palate

    opercula, externals, dark body, hemorrhage fin, bilateral

    exopthalmia, internally, petechiae hemorrhage in visceral,

    musculature, control by vaccine

    3. Vibrio

    devastaing of marine fish, higly invasive, produce

    septicemia, acute disease. External, erythema fin, mouth,

    hemorrhaging vent, petechiae, necrotic lesion in

    musculture. Internal, congestion in liver, spleen, swelling

    kidney, internal organs necrotic, liquified

    4. Aeromonas (furunculosis)

    waterborne disease,A.salmonicida survive in salt water,

    growth between 18-25C, slow at 4C, absent at 37C pathogen to salmonid, - freshwater n marine fish, focal

    necrosis, hemorrhaging in pelvic, fin, splenomegally,

    congestion of kidney, have A layer, leucocidin, two

    proteases, hemolysin, glycerophospholipid, cholesterolacyltransferase. Isolation, 24 h, 20-25C,A.salminicida +

    A. hydrophilla grows on 37C.

    5. Pasteurella

    infect marine fish, acute, chronic, in higher water

    >23C/poor water quality, dark body, hemorrhaging

    opercula + fin, internal, lesion kidney, spleen, tubercle-

    like composed bacteria, epithelial cell, fibroblast.

    5. Rickettsiales (chlamydiales-like)

    aquatic animals mortality 90%, lowered hematocrit,

    swollen kidney, enlarged spleen, mottled liver.

    Undientified parasit by light microscopy + EM, not known

    in freshwater

    growth on cell culture, obligately intracellular parasite,

    optimum 15-18C, inhibited by streptomycin, gentamycin,tertracycline, pleomorphic, coccoid / ring form, in pairs,

    replicated in cytoplasmic inclusion

    6. Clostridium

    anaerobic, absence catalase, can isolated f intestinalcontent fish, culture at 25-30C, type B, E, F produced

    toxin as low as at 3.3.C

    type isolated from sediment of pond, earthen pond, anaerobic

    abdomen, internal, white greys pustule in kidney.

    9. Mycobacterium spp.

    acid fast organism, slow developing chronic dis, slow

    grow at 18-25 C, not grow at 37 C, lethargic, anorexia,

    skin ulcer, internal, granulomatous, necrotic lesion in kidney,

    liver, spleen.

    10. Nocardia

    N. seriolae, growth after 10 d at 25C. chronic dis highmortality, emaciation, inactivity, skin discoloration, tubercle in

    body, gill-called gill tuberculsis. internal, nodule 4 mm

    spleen, swimbladder, kidney, liver, pericardium.

    11. Flexibacter (F. psychrophilus, formerly Cytophaga psychrophila), F.

    columnaris, F. maritimus gliding bacteria oder Cytophagales.

    F. psychrophilus, bacterial cold water disease,internal,

    and range between 15-34C
