    y Today most if the hospital organizations consist of manualworking of the registration of the patient, patient personal

    detail, reservation of appointment, accounting & billingdone mostly by the manual working. Due to which theHospital working is very disastrous functionally theirfunctionality depend manual working makes the hospitalworking more. Time consuming a large for the catalogs.

    y ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW is therefore makes moredifferently than todays 21st centurys science world with thecomputer technology therefore installing a computersystem technology makes difference

    CURRENT SYSTEM

    y Time Consuming: - The present system manual system is verytime consuming. Whenever client enquires for a product themanager has to manually go through various papers. Making thequotation is again a hectic job for him. Manual system can resultin moving the jobs at a slower pace and hence affect the business

    transactions.

    y Difficulty in preserving data: - The data is maintained on papersand files leading to ample amount of waste of the stationary.After a few years there papers are in the torn condition or there

    may be chances of losing some of them. Also for adding, deleting,or editing the records, may require lots of time, which is veryprecious. The maintenance of these papers and handmaderecords is a burden as well as data is not durable and reliable.

    y Expensive process: - This may require additional cost for buyingfiles and registers.

    y Inconsistency and redundancy: - Since the data is redundantlystored the integrity of the system is questionable. Some recordsmany lead to in-consistency.

    y Data Insecurity: - As there is no authentication of any sort,important data may fall in wrong hands. Any person can accessconfidential data.

    y Incapability of taking decisions: - When the client order isreceived, the manager has to manually check whether the ordercan be processed with the available raw materials. Thus itbecomes a simply tedious and hectic job for the manager.

    y Reports: - All reports are made manually after analyzing 2 to 3files. This wastes time and increases the workload.

    y Human Errors: - While handling large numbers in calculationthere may be chances of introduction of errors due to overload of

    work or carelessness which may cause trouble to both the clientand the company.
