MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
NEWSLETTER VOLUME 4, ISSUE 1 SUMMER 2013
Dear Colleagues:
As we are entering the 2013-2014 academic year,
the Department warmly welcomes the new resi-
dents and fellows and wishes those who have just graduated
from the residency and fellowship programs continued success
in their learning and future endeavors. The recent departmen-
tal graduation ceremony was a memorable event to express
our congratulations and best wishes to the graduates and to
thank the faculty and staff for their commitment to excellence
in teaching and mentoring. With the excellent contributions
from all members of the department, including the faculty,
staff, fellows, residents and students, we have successfully
achieved our objectives in teaching, research and clinical ser-
vices during the past academic year. I believe that now we are
poised to an even more successful next academic year.
Have a great summer!
