Program usage pt.11. Insert the medical record card

in a Windows computer’s USB connector

2. Locate the “Removable Disk” icon on “My Computer”

3. Double-click to open contents

Program usage pt.21. In the medical record folder,

locate the program executable “PatientMRecord”

2. This is the main medical record program, which contains the patient information

3. Double-click to execute

Secure Login• Enter 4 digit pin to access

patient information• The pin is assigned in the PR

Renal Health facilities• The patient record is updated

exclusively by PR Renal Health personnel

the patient medical record in PDF Format

• Export Data (CCD File) – Exports record data to other formats

• Configure Patient – Manages the patients record and pin number

• Update Patient Record – Updates the global patient’s database

• Close Application – Exits the program
