Documentation Contractor; Accepted temporary position to support documentation group, primarily with Ford TEM.

Team member of a Training & Documentation group; Responsibilities included quoting, development, coordination and delivery of equipment operation & maintenance manuals, training manuals and training programs per customer specifications. Additionally was responsible for research and development of various forms of Placarding. This included customer ECPL (Energy Control Power Lockout) lockout layouts and procedures, work instruction and maintenance/repair procedure placards.

September 1980 to March 2002: Comau Inc.(Progressive Tool Industries Co. during this period).

Welding Department Leader;Responsible for all fabrication and/or welding personnel and operations in a 100,000 sq. foot facility, all shifts.

Bench Hand/Machine Builder;Performed build and assembly of multi-million dollar automated welding systems.

Fabricator (Fitter/Welder);Construction of all types of metal fabrications, including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum from sheet metal to heavy plate.

RECENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Streamlined method for producing operation and maintenance manuals which resulted in increased efficiency and reduced cost. Developed internal safety lockout documents for internal use. Worked with engineering leaders to provide a standard and consistent spare part identification method.
