Betts Byrnes Team Story

Patti and Kathy bring very different backgrounds and one common strength to the business. Patti is formerly from

Long Island New York. She and her husband John moved down here over twenty years ago to slow down the

pace. John builds custom engines and is well known across the country for his skill. Together they have bought and

renovated many investment rental properties. Patti is successful at whatever she tackles. She has excellent

patience, outstanding negotiating skills and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the repairs on a home. She is

quiet yet mighty.

Kathy has a twenty three year background in the Estate Planning world and moved to Mooresville to start a new life

in 2005. With an extensive understanding from family in the residential and commercial real estate industry she

chose to be a REALTOR. She has a passion for the marketing side of the business and manages to expose their

listings in every possible venue on the internet. Her background in financial planning and training helps her

evaluate the right price for their listings. This results in fewer days on the market at the highest possible price.

With Patti Betts and Kathy Byrnes you get two woman with a strong work ethic committed to all their clients. If you
