Line Facilitator February 2013 to July 2013Amana GoodmanWhile working for Amana I was in charge of maintaining the inventory on multiple lines in order to keep a two hour standing supply of production materials while coordinating with the warehouse to ensure that items needed for production were on reserve and in place. A key part of this position was the coordination between line demands and fabrication department preparations. I was only at this job for a short period of time due to notification that the facility was closing and moving operations to another state.

Private Contractor May 2011 to January 2013Rio Chama Valley FarmsDesigned and installed several green energy systems and year round greenhouses for Rio Chama Valley Farms in Medanales, NM. The systems are designed to run on passive energy reducing overall operations expenses and guarantees independent power and water supplies. During the project I worked with the USDA to help the farm achieve grants for the projects and helped to set new guidelines in place which will help the farm attain their organic certification. Shipping Lead August 2008 to April 2011Arcelor Mittal HarrimanSupervised the warehouse crew in daily operations which included receiving and stacking freshly rolled steel, storing and inventorying the same and loading shipments via rail, barge, and truck. Operated; overhead cranes, yard tractors, and various other related equipment. Supervised and trained for new inventory processing programs which improved inventory and warehousing production reporting. Area Superintendent September 2007 to July 2008Veolia ES Industrial ServicesManaged start up and completion of the Alcoa, TN area operations and oversaw daily tasking for the duration of the project which included purchasing equipment, scheduling personnel, equipment placement, bidding and obtaining new projects, completion of payroll, operations paper work, and oversaw the safety program including the design and applications to work practices. During the project we maintained a perfect safety record in a high risk occupation.

Foreman January 2006 to September 2007Performance Contractors Incorporated While working for PCI I oversaw the daily operations of multiple crews performing a variety of industrial services. Approved all daily payroll and safety related paperwork. Some of my responsibilities were new project start ups as well as providing estimates and submitting bids on new work that the company wished to obtain. In addition I trained new employees in safe work practices, lock out/tag out procedures and daily work steps.

Foreman June 2004 to January 2006Williams Specialty Services While with the company I managed crews of 3 to 50 people at the Oakridge K-25 site in the task of abatement on a variety of substances including Asbestos, Mercury, Beryllium, Radioactive waaste and other assorted materials. I was responsible for the daily safety and work performance of all employees. While on this job I obtained experience in operations in hazardous environments. Working with the Department of Energy helped increase my knowledge of safety requirements as they hold the highest safety standards in the world. I was routinely involved in writing JHA procedures and new area evaluation prior to work start up.
