Replacement of 26 MW of air cooled chilled water plant to water cooled, re-demise of IKEA (7,000 m2) into 12 retailunits, upgrade of food court and Magic Planet, toilet upgrades, lighting upgrades etc.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Site Management and supervision of all aspects of M&E construction associated with large scale workspackages including introduction of KPI`s for major activities in particular repetitive works and activities
· Management of a team of engineers & inspectors covering the following services plumbing & fire protection,electrical (MV & LV), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), HVAC & vertical transportation
· Overall control and responsibility for MEP progress and programme against key milestones
· Direct procurement of MEP work packages, plant and equipment to ensure required quality and maintainprogramme
· Management and reporting on the MEP programme and progress, identification of key issues, risks, weeklylook ahead, monthly report etc
· Review and approval of interim payments to contractors and suppliers

Mall of the Emirates contains approximately 240,000m2 of retail units (400 No) and the entire mall forms a total of350,000m2, 7000 multi storey car park, 415 bedroom Kempinski Hotel, Ski Dubai.
