Chicago Lamborghini Westmont, Illinois This modern 15,000 square foot high tech building was designed to house some of the most expensive cars in the world. The main showroom has a soaring 30’-0” ceiling with exposed bar joist with a curved glass wall that floods the presentation area with natural light. Designed to look like a modern museum, with raised car platforms, custom designed benches to allow customers to admire the artwork. (cars) Paul Grimes AIA page 5

Residences on the Water Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This 14-story mixed-use development will feature 14,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial retail space, two levels of indoor secured parking, 128 extended stay hotel suites (flagged as a Staybridge Suites Hotel by International Hotels Group), and 31 condominiums with exclusive views of the city. This $ 40.0 million project was constructed of precast concrete with staggered trusses and curtain wall glass, with a 40,000 sq. ft. green roof.

Hotel Indigo Fort Myers, Florida This is a two-part historic preservation project approved by the federal government's National Parks Service. The project’s first phase, which has been completed, included the renovation of the 14,000-square foot Post Office Arcade building. The space now contains commercial retail space and a central arcade with covered opening. The project’s second phase will add the seven-story Hotel Indigo, an InterContinental Hotels Group boutique hotel that will connect directly to the Post Office Arcade building. In addition to a lobby, bar, and limited-service restaurant, the ground floor will house a business center, executive Boardroom, and concierge service. Upper floors will contain 72 boutique-style hotel rooms and suites. A rooftop swimming pool and sundeck--with bar, lounge, and fitness center attached — will complete the hotel.

Southside Works Hotel & Condominiums East Carson Street at 27th Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania This mixed-use project augments the existing Southside Works development, which consists of 6.5 acres of green space and riverfront trails, an array of boutiques, restaurants, a cinema, loft-style apartments, and office space. This project, which will add 20,000 square feet of commercial retail space to the Southside Works project, includes an upscale steakhouse and a high-end Japanese restaurant, 140 oversized boutique-style hotel suites, a grand lobby, meeting rooms, a ballroom, a pre-function area, and a bar and lounge. Mid Wisconsin Bank Rib Mountain, Wisconsin. Defy the conventional. That was the objective of his new style of banking. It features sit down teller stations, computer stations in the lobby for on line banking and a waiting area that features a stone fireplace with coffee Bar.

Ogden Lincoln Mercury Westmont, Illinois. The project consisted of a two story showroom, second floor business offices and an 8 stall service area. Black aluminum panels over a precast concrete structure, with tan marble monument entry gives this building the unique brand set by the company. Page 12

Church of Nazarene Lombard, Illinois This 20,000 square foot facility houses a 450 seat sanctuary with a 20’-0” high V shaped skylight that runs the length of the room. Included in this design were 20 classrooms, church offices, a full gymnasium and a commercial kitchen. Sanctuary Ceiling

Ginger Creek Community Church Aurora, Illinois. Central to the design of this award winning Church is the 1000 seat two story sanctuary, with a sophisticated Multi-media system that provides state of the art sound and visual images. In addition the facility includes Rehearsal rooms, youth center, classrooms and a reading room with a stone fireplace and coffee bar.

Sentry World Pro Shop Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This prairie style inspired pro shop, mixes wood Stone and natural light together to form a very inviting and warm retail space.

Nilles Residence Lombard, Illinois This unique three sided Prairie style inspired House built by Sunrise Homes, Inc. posed A challenge not only did the lot size and Shape cause a problem but the lot had Poor soil that required drilled piers. 2500 sq. ft. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath house with A third floor den.
