• A full production line capable of producing 60-65 stators per hour.

• Requires a crew of 5-7 people to run depending on output required

• Line consists of a 33 metre long track feeding a series of winders, presses, lead wire insertion stations and lacing machines. Finally ending at a dual station test unit.

• Line was commissioned into LEMAC in April 2009

• Cleat welds lamination discs together to form a stator unit

• Inserts the initial mylar style insulation to isolate the copper winding from the stator unit
