J R Laddha Financial Services Pvt Ltd (JRLFS) is a mid-market focused boutique Investment Bank and Corporate Financial Advisors providing advisory for Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Capital (Short Term & Long Term) and Wealth Management services, across spectrum of clients including Corporates, entrepreneurs, family ofces and institutional investors.
Headquartered in Kolkata with corporate ofce in Mumbai, we have regional ofces at Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and International ofces in London and Singapore. We also have exclusive cross border associates in Japan and USA to offer global reach to our clients.

Arun Laddha, Director - Kolkata
Arun Laddha is the Director of the Company having more than three decades of
experience in nancial services industry. He comes with an understanding of handling
clients’ wealth across asset class and is well-respected within the fraternity. He is closely
connected to various Corporate’s and HNI’s and is also very active member in various
Associations. JRLFS has been awarded the ‘Best Financial Advisor’ in Regional Category
for the year 2013-14 by CNBC TV 18, under his leadership.
Manoj Laddha, Managing Director - MumbaiManoj Laddha is the Managing Director of the Company and a Partner at Unicorn India
Ventures. He has over two decades of experience in the Indian Financial Services Market
and has a deep understanding of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking. He has
extensively traveled globally and leads the India entry strategies for MNC’s in countries
such as Japan, Singapore, USA and UK. JRLFS has been awarded the ‘Dealmaker of the
Year’ by Acquisition International in 2014, under his leadership.
Jodh Raj Laddha, Chairman Emeritus - Kolkata
The founder and patriarch of the JRL Group is a classic rst generation entrepreneur. He is a
man who started with small, dreamt big and used a combination of grit and perseverance to
create JRLFS. He is also a very active member in social life and spends time on various social
activities. He leads some of the most prestigious Social services trusts in India which has
signicant inuence on community work. He is currently serving as President of “Akhil
Bharatvarsiya Maheshwari Mahasabha”. He has also been felicitated with First Bharat
Gaurav Lifetime Achievement Awards in US on June 9, 2012.
Parimal Sheth, Director - Mumbai
Parimal Sheth is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in
Corporate Finance & Investment Banking. He has done many structured big ticket debt
syndication, private equity & capital market deals. He also has good exposure to
International Finance and cross border M & A. He is also a visitng faculty at various
Management Institutions in Mumbai like Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and
Durga Devi Saraf Institute of Management Studies. He has been awarded with ‘Most
Talented Marketing Professional’ by CMO Asia in the year 2015.
Ashish Agrawal, Director - Delhi
Ashish Agrawal is a Chartered Accountant and MBA(Finance). He has a experience of more
than 20 years in area of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Indian Capital Market
and has advised several large corporates on their strategic and nancial needs. He is
currently serving as the Chairman- Membership Development Committee, PHD Chamber
of Commerce & Industry and as Co-Chairman Banking & Finance Committee, PHD

Narayanan Iyer, Associate Director - Mumbai
Narayanan Iyer is a MBA ( Finance ). He has a experience of more than 15 years, working
with various Commercial Banks and Merchant Banks He has rich experience in raising Debt

instruments such as Foreign currency loans, ECB’s, Structured Bonds and Debentures. He
