English Language LiteracyProof of minimum English level testing score suited to the correct level of study.Envirotech English placement test is available for applicants from countries of low migration risk. Students with alower level of English proficiency will be offered to enrol into our ELICOS course to improve their English leveland develop professional English communications skills.
Laptop ComputerIt is a condition of your enrolment that you have a suitable laptop computer to begin your course (standardcourses: a suitable laptop with Microsoft 2010.Students who arrive to induction without a laptop, will be provided with a payment plan for the purchase of acomputer during the induction for the best market price suitable laptop.

Vocational Placement
The Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care includes mandatory work placement of 120 hours.
The Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care includes mandatory work placement of 240 hours.
The Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery includes 2 units with work placement components with 48 service periods (shifts) and 12 service periods respectively. Each service period (shift) is a minimum of 4 hours.
The Dual Qualification in Hospitality Management includes 1 unit with work placement component with 36 service periods (shifts). Each service period is a minimum of 4 hours.
Students can opt to find their own placements or request for assistance from Envirotech’s Work Placement team to organise a placement provider.
In this video the students are seen conducting a site assessment and simulated clam seeding exercise to increase the abundance of clams in an area.
