Login to PaymentNet • On the Home Page Select the Transactions Tab

and Click Manage

Click on the Desired Transaction

Page 4: PaymentNet

Click Add Lines

Page 5: PaymentNet

• Type in the Number of Orgs or Number of Expense Codes you Need in the Enter # of Lines Box

• Click Add

Page 6: PaymentNet

Click the Arrows to Expand Lines

Page 7: PaymentNet

• You Can Change the Org Number and/or Expense Code

• Change the Unit Price to Reflect the Correct Amount for Each Line

Page 8: PaymentNet

*Note: Only Change the Unit Price

Page 9: PaymentNet

Check to see if the Lines Total the Amount of the Charge

Page 10: PaymentNet

Click Save when Finished

Page 11: PaymentNet

If Additional Lines are Needed, Click the + Sign

Page 12: PaymentNet

To Delete Extra Lines, Click the Trash can Icon

Page 13: PaymentNet

To Delete Added Lines Click Remove Lines
