Fees Policy

This Policy was last modified on July 20, 2009.

Fees depend on whether you are making a commercial transaction or a personal transaction. A commercial transaction involvesbuying and selling goods or services, and payments received when you “request money” using PayPal. A personal transactioninvolves sending money (initiated from the “Personal” tab of the “Send Money” flow) to and receiving money into your PayPalaccount from friends and family.

A domestic transaction is a transaction where both the sender and receiver register with PayPal with the same country ofresidence. A cross-border transaction occurs when the sender or receiver are registered with different countries of residence.

The fees set out below are for Personal Transactions applicable to customers of PayPal Private Limited. Fees for customersregistered with other PayPal companies are set forth in the respective fees policy.

Personal Transactions

The amount of the fee for any personal transaction will be shown at the time of payment. This fee can be paid by either the senderor the recipient. The sender decides who pays.

Additional Fees

Currency Conversion Processing Fee

If your transaction involves a currencyconversion, it will be completed at aforeign exchange rate determined bya financial institution, which isadjusted regularly based on marketconditions. This exchange rateincludes a 2.5% processing fee abovethe exchange rate at which PayPalobtains foreign currency.

2.5% above the exchange rate

The specific exchange rate that applies to your multiple currency transaction will bedisplayed at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawing your funds

There is no fee to withdraw funds from your PayPal account to a U.S. bank account. If youwithdraw funds to a non-U.S. bank account, the applicable fees are listed in the WithdrawalFees table. If you are a non-U.S. user, in certain countries where PayPal does not offerdirect withdrawal to a local bank account, you may withdraw funds from your PayPal accountby having PayPal mail you a check. A fee will be charged for these withdrawals; the amountof the fee varies by country. Please see the Withdrawal Fees table for more details. Incertain countries, you may also withdraw funds from your PayPal account directly to yourcredit or debit card account the amount withdrawn will be shown as a credit on yourstatement, you will be assessed a fee per withdrawal; the amount of the fee varies bycountry (an “Original Credit”). Please see the Original Credit Withdrawal Fees table for moredetails.

Chargeback Fee

To cover the cost of processingchargebacks, PayPal assesses a$15.00 SGD fee to sellers for creditand debit card payment chargebacks.(A chargeback occurs when a buyerrejects or reverses a charge on his orher credit card through the credit cardissuer).

This amount will be refunded when you successfully complete the credit card or debit cardverification process.

Records Request Fee

$10.00 SGD (per item)

We will not charge you for records requested in connection with your good-faith assertion ofan error in your Account.

Bank Return Fee on Withdrawal

This amount is charged when awithdrawal is attempted by a User andit fails because incorrect bankaccount information or deliveryinformation is provided.

PayPal may assess a fee in the event a transaction is returned by the financial institution.The fee varies by country and is approximately the equivalent of $10.00 USD. Please seethe table setting forth the fees for your country.

Micropayments Pricing

You may upgrade an existing account at: https://micropayments.paypal-labs.com/. This rate will apply to all commercial paymentsreceived into your PayPal account.

Cross-border -Micropayments

6% + Micropayments Fixed Fee as per the Fixed Fee specified by the currency received. Fixed Fees areavailable at: https://micropayments.paypal-labs.com/

Monthly Account Statements. A full transaction history is available free to all accounts by logging in to the History page in youraccount on the PayPal Website. Additional summaries of monthly transaction volume, including payments received, payments sent,fees paid, etc. are available to Business and Premier accounts. These Monthly Account summaries are an opt-in fee-based service(the fee is currently waived).
