FPE Equipment planner
Here you can book equipment after an introduction to the machine, please contact the
responsible technician for that. Also you can book the student desks via this folder. Do
not book a desk too much in advance and also make sure to not book a desk for the
whole day when you are planning a day in lab. We do not have enough desks for all
students so it is important to be flexible.

Go to www.onedrive.com-
Open your notebook, probably located in 'files'-
Click on 'file' and 'share' (see below in first picture)-
Now you can invite people via the mail. For this you can just use their wur addresses, even when their OneNote account is with another email address.-
-
To share a notebook you first need to give others permission to access your OneDrive as the notebook is located on that drive. You can do that by accessing your notebook through onedrive:
Next step is for the other person to open the notebook:-

Before we students can use OneNote 2013 and /or OneDrive, we need it to be installed on our respective computers. Jos won't be able to do it as the IT dept. want either the PhD student or the supervisor to have it installed.

OneNote contains several pre-set Page Templates that might be very useful! You can find them via INSERT -> Page Templates -> At the right an extra section appears called TemplatesBy just clicking on the one you want, a new page with that template is formed.
You can find Academic templates, black ones, business related templates (for meetings or projects), decorative templates and planners (simple ore more specific to-do-lists).
Besides, you can make your own page templates:When you are on the page that you want to make a template of, go to INSERT -> Page Templates -> At the right an extra section appears called Templates -> Save current page as a template
If you want to share protocols and templates with your student or supervisor you can do this in the subsection Protocols and Templates
