Monthly Objectives: MAB 141 Uses concrete and graphic models to derive formula for finding perimeter, area, surface area,

circumference, and volume of two-and three-dimensional shapes, including rectangular solids, cylinders. MAB 142 Uses concrete and graphic models to derive formulas for find rate, distance, time, angle measures, and

arc lengths MAB 143 relates the concepts of measurement to similarity and proportionality in real-world Situations

Extra credit: Bellringers from the www.amc.glencoe.com/self_check_quiz are daily types of ways to increase grade. Students can attempt problems at home on their home computer before they are displayed on the smartboard. If absent, student will be able to complete unless unexcused that day.

MAKEUP WORK are in the back of the student’s textbook starting on pages WHEN ABSENT pages A26-A54 in back of student textbook. Students must look for the section they missed. Students can see me afterschool Monday’s 2:45-4:30 for extra help or to makeup a test.
